The operating system for immigration law firms
Nothing slips through
your immigration firm.
Leads, deadlines, status calls, past clients, unpaid balances. VoxCross plugs the five places every immigration firm loses cases and money. Bilingual, done for you, connected to the tools you already use, and your line is live in 24 hours.
Sample calls
Hear the front desk take an intake call.
Two sample intake calls, recorded with the voice agent and a test caller: one in English, one in Spanish. On your line it answers with the name and voice your firm chooses.

The problem
It's not just missed calls.
Every immigration firm leaks in five places.
Not because your team is careless. Nobody's job is to watch all five, all day. Read the questions below. The ones you can't answer quickly are your leaks.
New leads go cold
Who calls back Sunday night’s web form, and the family calling at 9pm because someone was just detained?
The inquiry that waits hires the next firm
Deadlines live in someone’s head
When a USCIS notice arrives, how does its date get from the paper to your calendar, and who tells the client?
One missed RFE date can end a case
“Any news on my case?”
How many status calls does your team take a day, repeating “still pending”?
Paralegal hours lost every week
Past clients hire someone else
Who tells your 2021 green-card clients they can apply for citizenship this year?
The next case was already yours
Balances nobody chases
Who follows up on the payment plans that fall behind?
Earned money that never comes in
One system plugs all five
Four engines, done for you, in English and Spanish. See how each leak gets closed.

What the front-desk leak alone could cost you
Your numbers, your estimate. Move the sliders to see what the inquiries you miss or can't return quickly may be worth. This is only leak #1; deadlines, status calls and past clients aren't in it.
Assumes about 1 in 9 recovered inquiries becomes a retained case. An illustration, not a promise. We'll run it with your real numbers on the demo.
Four engines. One operating system.
Done for you.
Your staff doesn't learn new software. VoxCross works on your phone line, your calendar, your email and your case software, in English and Spanish, and it never gives legal advice.
Front Desk
A bilingual AI receptionist trained on immigration intake. It qualifies by case type, runs a conflict check, books the consult, and hands you a one-page brief before the client walks in.
See what’s includedWhat’s included
- Answers every call in English or Spanish, with the name and voice your firm picks
- Qualifies by case type against your rules: what you take, what you refer out
- Detention protocol: calls the attorney on duty the moment someone says “detained”
- Web forms called back in under 60 seconds, any hour
- Consult Prep Dossier: one page, red flags included
- Vendor & spam shield: cold callers never reach you
Case Watch
Snap or scan any USCIS notice. VoxCross reads it, pulls every date, and puts it on your calendar and in the case after one click of human confirmation. Then it watches the expirations nobody else is watching.
See what’s includedWhat’s included
- Receipt, biometrics, interview, RFE and approval notices read the day they arrive
- One-click paralegal confirmation before anything is saved
- EAD, green card, I-751 and N-400 windows tracked per client
- Monthly Visa Bulletin check against every client’s priority date
- Policy Radar: which of your clients a TPS or rule change actually touches
Client Care
Clients call a status line, verify who they are, and hear the exact update you approved, in their language, at any hour. Missing documents get chased and checked automatically.
See what’s includedWhat’s included
- Identity-verified status line that only reads what the attorney approved
- Document chase: reminders, photo upload, legibility check, filed to the matter
- Voice updates for clients who don’t read texts
- Appointment reminders with a “what to bring” checklist
- Every conversation transcribed and translated for the file
Revenue
Every month VoxCross scans your closed files for clients who just became eligible for something new (citizenship, a renewal, a family petition) and brings them back before someone else does.
See what’s includedWhat’s included
- Monthly eligibility scan across past clients
- Attorney-approved outreach, by phone and email
- Friendly, bilingual payment-plan reminders
- Review requests at the moment of approval
- Weekly intake scorecard: where cases are being lost
Trained on exactly how your firm qualifies a case
Generic AI receptionists read one flat script and hand you a name and number. VoxCross builds a separate qualification flow for every case type you handle, asking the precise questions that case actually needs, in your wording, mapped to your CRM fields. You walk into the consult with the matter already scoped.
Asylum
It asks exactly:
- Country and basis of feared persecution
- Date of last entry to the U.S.
- One-year filing deadline status
- Any prior asylum filing or credible-fear interview
- Detained or released, and where
Family-based
It asks exactly:
- Petitioner status (citizen or LPR)
- Exact relationship to the beneficiary
- Whether an I-130 is already filed, and priority date
- Beneficiary inside the U.S. or consular
- Any prior denials or overstays
Removal defense
It asks exactly:
- Next hearing type and date (master or individual)
- A-number and current detention status
- Bond posted, amount, and eligibility
- Any prior order of removal
- Relief being pursued and timeline
Every flow is custom-tailored to your firm's exact intake, tone, and practice areas, across asylum, removal defense, family-based, naturalization, U-visa, T-visa, VAWA, DACA, TPS and more. Engineered around how your firm wins, so no qualified case ever slips.
Unsure cases flag for attorney review, never guessed.

The call you can't miss
When someone says “detained,” a lawyer hears about it in minutes
Detention calls come at night and on weekends, from families in shock. VoxCross treats them as emergencies from the first word and gets them to whoever is on duty. Illustrative timeline; triggers, questions and rotation are set with your firm.
A call comes in. The caller says “detenido”: detained.
Standard intake stops. The emergency protocol takes over, in the caller’s language.
Who was detained, where and when, the A-number if known, and a callback number.
It calls the attorney on duty. No answer? Next on the rotation, plus a text and an email.
Everything included.
Nothing held back.
One engagement, fully built and fully managed. Not software to learn, not a chatbot, not another tool for your staff. We build it, we run it, and your team gets back to the cases.
Custom-built for your firm.
Managed by us.
- All four engines: Front Desk, Case Watch, Client Care and Revenue
- Custom-built on your case types, intake rules, tone and duty rotation
- Your line live in 24 hours; the full system running within 30 days
- Your monthly fee starts only when the full system is running
- A dedicated onboarding lead from signing to go-live
- Connected to Clio or MyCase, Google or Outlook, and your email

Everything attorneys ask before they say yes
What exactly is VoxCross?
VoxCross is a done-for-you operating system for U.S. immigration law firms. It combines a bilingual AI front desk, USCIS notice and deadline tracking, a client status line with document chasing, and past-client reactivation, connected to your phone line, calendar, email and case-management software. We set it up and run it; your staff keeps working the way they do today.
Is this just an AI receptionist?
No. Answering calls is one of four engines. The receptionist handles new inquiries; the other engines read USCIS notices and calendar every date, keep clients updated without tying up your paralegals, and find past clients who have become eligible for their next filing.
Does it give legal advice?
Never. It gathers facts, books consultations, sends reminders and reads updates the attorney has approved. It does not assess eligibility, predict outcomes or quote legal strategy. Callers who need legal answers are booked with the attorney.
How fast can we go live?
Your phone line is answering within 24 hours of signing. Integrations and the Consult Prep Dossier are connected in the first week, texting turns on as soon as the carriers approve your number (usually within the first week), and the full system is running within 30 days.
Does it work with Clio, MyCase or Docketwise?
Clio and MyCase connect directly, and Google Calendar, Outlook and your email work out of the box. For Docketwise, LollyLaw and other case software, we confirm what can be connected on the demo. The system still works through your calendar, email and the VoxCross portal either way.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You can forward your existing number to VoxCross on the schedule you choose (after hours, overflow, or all the time), or port it if you prefer. We test the forwarding with you before anything goes live.
What happens with an ICE detention call?
Standard intake stops. The emergency protocol captures who was detained, where and when, the A-number if the caller has it, and a callback number. Then it calls the attorney on duty and connects the call. If nobody answers, the attorney gets a text and an email with every detail immediately.
How do USCIS notices get into the system?
Your staff (or the client) sends a photo or scan of the notice by email or upload link. VoxCross reads it, extracts the receipt number, notice type and every date, and asks a paralegal to confirm with one click. Only then is it saved to the case and the calendar, and the reminders are scheduled.
How is client data handled?
Call recordings, transcripts and documents are used only to run your firm’s system. They are deleted on request, never sold, and never used by us to train AI models. Confidentiality obligations are part of our written agreement with every firm.
Why don’t you publish pricing?
Because it depends on your call volume, number of attorneys and the software we connect. It is a fraction of the cost of one hire, and we give you the exact number on the demo. Your monthly fee starts only once the full system is running.
