Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026
This policy explains what information VoxCross collects, why, and how you can have it deleted. It applies to visitors to voxcross.com, to the law firms that use VoxCross, and to the people who call or message those firms through our system.
Who we are
VoxCross is a service of CABRERA GLOBAL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. In this policy, “VoxCross,” “we” and “us” mean CABRERA GLOBAL LLC.
VoxCross provides intake, scheduling, reminders and client-communication automation to U.S. immigration law firms. When a firm uses VoxCross, the firm decides what information is collected from its callers and clients, and we process that information on the firm’s behalf.
Information we collect
From website visitors
- Basic, privacy-friendly analytics (pages visited, referring site, device type). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
- Information you choose to give us when you book a demo, such as your name, firm, email and phone number.
On behalf of law firms
- Call recordings and transcripts, and the intake details a caller provides.
- Appointment details, messages and reminders sent to the firm’s clients.
- Documents and notices that the firm or its clients upload, and the dates extracted from them.
- Case information the firm connects from its calendar or case-management software.
How we use it
- To run the services the firm has asked for: answering calls, booking consultations, sending reminders and updates, and tracking dates.
- To keep the service working, secure and reliable.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use firm or client data to train our own AI models. We do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we need to operate the system (for example, telephony, messaging, cloud hosting, AI processing and scheduling providers), under obligations to protect it and use it only for providing their service. We may disclose information if required by law. We never share one firm’s data with another firm.
Calls and text messages
- Callers are told at the start of each call that it may be recorded.
- We only send text messages to people who have agreed to receive them. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
How long we keep it
We keep firm data for as long as the firm uses VoxCross, or for a shorter period the firm chooses. When a firm ends its service, we delete its data within 30 days unless the firm asks us to return it first or the law requires us to keep it.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to permanently delete your information at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data.” If your information was collected on behalf of a law firm, we will work with that firm to complete the request. We confirm deletion by email, normally within 30 days.
Security
We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls limited to the people who need it, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected firms promptly if we learn of a breach involving their data.
Children
Our website is not directed to children. Information about minors is processed only when a law firm provides it as part of a case, and only to run that firm’s service.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated to our client firms directly.
