Stub terms for launch. The binding agreement is the Master Services Agreement signed at onboarding; this page summarizes key points. Final version to be reviewed by counsel. See PROOF-TODO.md.

The service

VoxCross provides a bilingual AI receptionist and intake-to-CRM pipeline for immigration law firms. VoxCross performs intake and scheduling. It does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for an attorney.

Pricing & term

A one-time setup fee plus a monthly service fee, scoped to your firm's call volume and confirmed in your written proposal.
3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
No refunds. In place of a refund, the work-fix guarantee applies: if 90 days in you have not booked at least 5 consultations you would otherwise have missed, we work free until you do.

Service levels

99% monthly uptime, with automatic service credits if we fall short. Full SLA terms are in the Master Services Agreement.

Acceptable use

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable bar rules and law. VoxCross's intake scripts are designed to stay within the bounds of permitted, non-advisory communication.
